Urologist Infertility
Varicocele surgery / Emoblization? (Help)?
I am almost 16 years. My urologist told me to have a varicocele surgery because I have a large varicocele on the left side and a smaller one on the right side. What causes pain and slight pain. Varicoceles cause infertility. The doctor said he would not do a sperm count or semen analysis. I know that most people do this surgery if they tried to have children and not work. Im not trying to have children now, obivoisly, I am concerned when they get older and decide to have kids. Is it possible to know if I am infertile (16)? Anyone has this surgery when they were adolescents? Are you infertile or not?
I had a statement from the micro-surgery surgery. It's not so bad, feel bad for a week for 2 weeks. Do not take a painkiller. So my doctor told me that if I had surgery on your age who have not had issues im having now. See the following link on the different types of surgery. http://www.maleinfertility.org/new-varicocele.html
