Ovulex, Vitex or prenatal (or all)? What is the best?
Hello what is the difference between Vitex and Ovulex? Does anyone know if the other one is better? I know it's ridiculously expensive and Vitex Ovulex is pretty cheap .. But I wonder which is better …. Also, can have two, as long? Still trying to prenatal or simply to take or Vitex Ovulex? Has anyone had any success with them after suffering from infertility before? I read the many testimonials on the site .. Ovulex But I want a "real" opinion of the people. Thank you!
Hello, and Vitex are Ovulex very similar both are the basic herbal remedies for hormonal regulation. Great if you are trying to concieve. Ensure that good prenatal your body all the nutrients in which the development of a baby. Keep in prenatal until they become pregnant and continue with folic acid during pregnancy to minimize birth defects neurologiocal. I have been using Vitex for three months and my periods begin to form a "regular" cycle, although I do not ovulate so now I am the clomid! Good luck!
