Agnus Castus Infertility
agnus castus with a regular cycle?
I read on the forums agnus castus time now, and even thought to help fertility suppost I read that you are not supposed to take if you have a regular cycle. I have a regular cycle, but have infertility problems (Can not find anything wrong with me as b / f). you think it useful to increase fertility only. (I'm from acne around my face Sufer so low it would probably help it if nothing else) no response is greatly appreciated. as to not to take it if you have regular cycles, I read some other forums.
If I take and I regularly (more or less) cycle. My cycles are 26 to 31 days, but since I take Agnus Castus, his place was 28 days (although my average cycle is 28 days in general) have fertility problems as well (there is nothing wrong with me!) not take people for a variety of reasons of force than regular cycles (skin, SOP, ovary problems, hormonal problems, PMS, etc …) combined with evening primrose oil, I found my skin is tons more, my CM is more abundant (in not really need that many) but more importantly, I take the two of them together to alleviate PMS symptoms and worked first cycle for me. I can not hurt (I not read anywhere that if you do not have regular cycles, then you should not take?) Where did you read that Hun? But as to take with a regular cycle, I would say yes, okay.
