not to have sex when you ovulate guarantee pregnancy?
Me and my boyfriend has recently decided that I wanted to test a child. He led keep track of my periods and my ovulation for about four months. However, in recent months, my period was irregular and it is difficult to know when I'm ovulating (I lost my period of 2 months) so my question is how we guarantee to get pregnant if you have sex the day of ovulation or nearby?
No, never guaranteed to get pregnant. You have a better chance if you have sex in or near the day of ovulation (the right of the first time you start having some pains, if you get them), but it is never a guarantee. My husband and I had sex in the "optimal" time for each month (before and after "practice" heehee) and it took four months for the first time and 3 months for the second time. You need something completely normal, healthy couples over a year to conceive only because nature is so fickle.
